Yes SMU basketball has been irrelevant, is irrelevant and will continue to be irrelevant if we continue on this same path. I really have no hope that this program will be any better any time soon. This was supposed to be the break through year and we failed. So we get supposedly a good recruiting class for next year. Do I really expect we will do any better that the last 4 years. NO It is time for a change if it is truly a meaningful change and not just more of the same.

What a depressing end to the season, Doherty handled the interview well, but I just don't know where to turn now. Sucky feeling to be banished in the SMU wilderness until Football starts back up.
