Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reporting Rice has turned Tulane down. Reports from New Orleans are that he has accepted. Hold on.

reports from Charleston that Citadel coach Ed Conroy is interviewing with Tulane. He's a good one and has recruited Texas kids.

Fox Sports reporting that Conroy has accepted Tulane's offer.
