Goal line time could be good meeting control for any business.

I'm excited to hear about fights. It shows they care.

Fighting just shows a lack of discipline. Yea, it is an emotional game but late hits and personal foul penalties can be "killers' during games. Why not just whip the guy across from you within the rules of the game? It doesn't show that a player "cares". It usually just shows frustration.

I was standing there watching the "fight" during the OL/DL one on ones and it did not amount to much. You could see the chippiness building as the drills progressed, mostly in the form of the little extra shove to finish off the play right as the drill ended and extra levels of vocal commentary from the players watching, so I was not surprised when they ended up in a bit of a scrum. It broke up pretty quickly and none of the coaches right there looked like they thought it was a big deal.

That said, they do have to be able to perform drills at a high level of intensity without being distracted by stuff like that. They have a limited amount of time out there, so every fight is less instruction and rep time.
