SMU wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders was a popular man at the recent NFL Combine. After turning one of the strongest performances of any of the wideouts in attendance, Sanders conducted interviews with every team in the NFL. He already has worked out for one team, and has a visit planned to another before SMU's Pro Day. Sanders visited again with PonyFans.com to discuss the entire process, from the Combine interviews to the workouts to what he plans to do on Pro Day. http://www.ponyfans.com/features/index.php?id=153Enjoy! I know we are going to miss seeing Emmanuel play for us next year, but I am really happy for him that things seem to be going very well in his run up to the draft. Here's hoping he hits the jackpot and gets drafted by a really good team.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

I agree 100% PK.
He's earned this, and he left a great mark on this program.
Great Mustang!

Great read - thanks
Best of luck to ES. He's worked hard and learned a lot about the game and himself in the process. I would bet that ES would tell us that the time he has spent with Coach Jones and his staff was instrumental in making him prepared for this moment.

If you're listening Jerry, all I'm saying is this:
I would buy a Cowboys SANDERS jersey before they even finished announcing the pick.

As long as there's a big "E" in the front of the last name. That other Sanders was repulsive.
I really shouldn't drink and type.

Hope you were watching NFL network because they talked ES up for a solid five minutes. They love them some Sanders.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

He will play right away with the Steelers. Too bad they have a QB problem..it will take time to develop timing etc, with an unstable situation at the QB spot.
