Actually watching the regents meeting on a live stream. Just people milling about while they are in closed session. I need help.

Says Texas wouldn't commit to a conference tv network and would only commit to the Big 12 through 2016. Pushing for Nebraska to be exempted from penalty for leaving the conference.
