New to the Board

Hello fellow fans.

My Name is David Oden and I wanted to intorduce myself to the board. I got a BBA in Finance from SMU and just completed my MBA in Finance at SMU as well. I have been a mustang since I was 18 years old and love Dallas, Love the Mustangs and really respect the SMU brand in the Dallas business community. After 6 years as a Mustang I have moved back in to the Private Sector but still wanted to keep up with all of the happenings at SMU! It looks like I have found the right message board. I look forward to contributing to the group and learning a lot from those who have been around the boards for a while.

I don't have season football tickets. I never miss a soccer game though. Played soccer all my life and love watching a good soccer match. It's just a shame they have to play on the track field. With our Bowl win last season I have picked up my interest in the Football program a bit, but nothing like soccer.

I am not involved in the Mustang Club. I actual was unaware of the program. I'll look around for more details.

I'm not a big fan Communists that I can think of. I loved watching North Korea get a massive spanking by Portugal yesterday! I suppose I prefer watching football game that actually involves feet.

Welcome. There are a few soccer fans hiding about on the board. There will be some lively debate about coaching on both the mens and womens side this fall. Feel free to chime in anytime; of course, the football board is where most of the action is.

You have to recognize a program on the rise. I dont care if you fear being a bandwagoner.... you WILL be in the seat at Ford Stadium... or we will put you there. We gotta fill it up so we can get that stadium addition..... who cares if it will be 10 years from now.
