TCU Baseball to C-USA?Frog fan here. The MWC sux as a baseball conference. CSU, Wyoming & BSU don't even have teams. Utah is gone. The only reason why we didn't host a Super-regional this year was the piss-poor strength of schedule, the result of playing terrible MWC teams. My thoughts are that TCU baseball would be much better served as a baseball-only member of C-USA. I know that most Frog fans would like to see conference games with Rice, Tulane, Southern Miss, etc. Anyone have any thoughts about this?
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?We'll give you a baseball spot if you move football to CUSA too.
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?I would love to see TCU back in CUSA with Tulane shifting to the east division or UTEP moving over to WAC or MWC. If possible I think that UH, Rice, SMU, and TCU should be in the same conference.

Good point!!!
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?We have a slot for Men's soccer!
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?TCU can take the spot we vacated...or UTEP's for that matter. I have no problem with this idea just as I have no problem playing soccer against S. Carolina, Kentucky and FIU.
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?Good game against UCLA. Game 2 tomorrow night
Re: TCU Baseball to C-USA?
There are currently 9 baseball teams in CUSA and it would mess up scheduling to go from 9 to 10. If they are going to make the conference change the schedule, they have to give something too (football). Plus, CUSA should exclude them solely because we have something they want: a good baseball conference. We should use that as a bargaining chip, not just give it to them. Further, USC, UK, and FIU are needed to make the soccer schedules work. Adding a TCU or a Dallas Baptist for baseball is unnecessary as 9 is a good number for a baseball conference.
