if it's who I think it is, this is someone who LOVED SMU. Had been counting down the days until he moved to Dallas. Was glad to point out two BCS schools who came on late, but lost out because he was coming to SMU. He wore an SMU shirt under his graduation gown.

And I'll tell you guys something else. Even if JJ sticks it out, think about people like Coach Klemm who bust their [deleted] creating relationships with these kids, get the kids to trust and confide in them...and then discover that their own credibility is being sunk by the administration.

How many of you think if a BCS o-line job in California or even at Hawaii came open, these things wouldnt play into keeping Klemm at SMU.

Don't hold your breath. We deserved an explanation as to why the AD made up stories about Jimmy Tubbs and it never came.

We may or may not "deserve" an explanation, but the fact is that if it concerns a student, SMU won't divulge those reasons to protect students' confidentiality. Even when SMU has been sued in frivolous lawsuits, they haven't publicly divulged information about students, even when doing so would have perhaps helped dispel the lawsuit and/or cleared the university's good name.

Further, Turner, Orsini and Jones are all on vacation right now. So any kind of definitive action can't (or won't) be taken until next week at the earliest.
