This has been a Dement trade mark for the last 6 years. As the season progresses, the improvement of our team disappears, and the enthusiasm of our players wains. As I have repeated ad nauseum, this is what coaching is all about and why Dement should have been gone two years ago, at least. Last nights performance is vintage Dement teams in the later stages of the season. You get what you pay for, and in this case, what we have come to accept. You have a coach specifically so this type of ;lakj doesn't happen.
