He is; reminds me of Sampson Satele with better knee bend at this stage in his development. Sampson had better feet, FWIW, and is a excellent NFL center in a ZBS. John Estes (also at hawaii; a natural guard) had similar agility coming out high school, but played Center for most of his college career. Based on potential, he would be a good fit for JJs offensive scheme.
