Curious if others purchased extras for TCU or other games via the presale that started today?

I did.

DALLAS (SMU) - SMU season ticket holders and Mustang Club members will get first shot at SMU-TCU single-game tickets, as the SMU Ticket Office will offer them an exclusive pre-sale starting July 26. This pre-sale will precede the public on-sale date of Aug. 2 by one week.

To take advantage of the pre-sale, season ticket holders will need to call the SMU Ticket Office directly at 214-SMU-GAME (214-768-4263). Ticket location will be subject to availability. Prices for the DFW Duel presented by State Farm range from $25 to $45.

Agree. Got a big crew mostly non-smu but love football/good time and will root for the home team.

Be proactive - great game to get locals to come and experience the blvd/mustang football.

No reason to rush to buy tickets at this point...I'm sure there will be plenty available on gameday...

Hey Frog, does your degree even make enough money for you to pay for parking at SMU?

Just picked up 17 extra tickets for the game. Trying to do my part to keep TCU out of the stadium :)

NIce job keeping the stereotype going. This is definitely the way to get more local fans to our games.

I've always thought we could use the SMU stereotype to appeal to the south dallas rap crowd. Giant platinum pony medalions covered in diamonds around the neck ala flava flav, have big endzone cannons that shoot out "cash money" when we score a TD, etc.

SMU could bring ghetto black thugs together with snotty white [deleted] through love of "bling" and conspicuous consumption. A model for diversity and tolernace.

Throw stones if you want - picked up 4 more for my TCU brother-in-law and nephew who will be wearing purple and my niece and sister who will cheer for SMU.

My nephew does cheer for SMU when not playing TCU so I give him half credit. And won't this be our only sold out or close to sold out game?
