Seeing as this film has been announced, I feel I can answer questions a little more freely.

As I recall we are due to turn in a trailer in early September. I arrive in LA on Monday to see the initial rough cut and oversee post-production for the following two months. We have three editors on this thing going on this thing full time, they may already be going 7 days a week at this point.

I can tell you this, our trailer is going to blow the roof off the dump. If you thought the first one (the one that got us the deal) was impressive, just wait.

This has been a truly amazing experience... I can only hope that those who are/were hacked at me for airing the dirty laundry will watch it and realize that I am giving them/the school/all of us a catharsis. Through all the interviews and filming I have been disillusioned then vindicated, then disillusioned again, cried with laughter, and then cried with joy - I plan to bring all of that to you... and the rest of the world. Anyway, back to work!

Yeah, just don't get it published in a newspaper again or we'll have to take it down hide it again. It's password protected not because were jerks, but because we use footage and music that we do not have the rights to. Technically it's not for public consumption.

I have really enjoyed watching the transformation of Thad even more than reading of the progress of Pony Excess. From struggling artist to soon to be proud papa of an ESPN special, it has been a great time to watch his success grow.

Thad, I remember when you could not find a way from Austin to Dallas for a football game. Now you are flitting all over the country doing what you love for a living.
