WSU preview, SMU mention

Postby The PonyGrad » Thu Aug 05, 2010 3:18 pm

The Cougars face Montana State at home. WSU beat SMU at home last season so the possibility of a 2-1 start isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Would have been nice if this guy gave an honest assessment of last years game. No mention of SMU dominating every part of the game and the multiple pick 6's by our then awful QB...Washington State was the worst team we played and now we get them at home with an improved team...Sorry bud 2-1 start is out of the realm...

The problem is WSU players will remember last year and think they can beat SMU in Dallas. And it could well be a must win for us (Sept with TTU and TCU is putting a lot of pressure on SMU to beat UAB and WSU). No doubt we should be better on offensive than last year. We still win despite the pick 6s if our D stops a last minute 1st and 2nd half drive. I think they can this coming year.

We will beat WSU like a red-headed step child. That team is dreadfully bad.
