Just got an e-mail and wanted to alert anyone coming out this morning that we'll likely be on field around 10:30. They're going to spend the first hour inside this morning in meetings.

they all ran in groups "WR/RB's" and "LBs/QBs" and "DL and OL" - had to make in down the field and back in a certain time.

they got off the field about 11am

Don't think Banjo broke a sweat.

When it wasn't his groups turn, he was running 1/3 way out to meet the guys as they were running back -- providing encouragement to his teammates along the way.
