Washington State will kickoff the 2010 campaign in Stillwater, OK against the Cowboys. They should match their 2009 win total on September 11th when Montana State comes to town. Then it is to SMU to finish up a home/away series with the Mustangs. Pac 10 play opens with USC at home. Five of their nine conference games are in Martin Stadium. This will be one of the most improved teams in the nation and they will no longer be a pushover in the Pac 10. I believe the Cougars finish 3-9. http://www.locksmithsportspicks.com/washington-state-football-preview-20100816/

BTW I noticed that highly touted RB James Montgomery who had that freakish muscle injury in the SMU game which could have been fatal has made it back and had a fairly good scrimmage last week. They actually cut off like half his lower leg muscle because it was causing degeneration or something. Good for the kid-it sounded like his career was over.

so the biggest improvement ANY team will make in college football over last season is 2 wins? unlikely.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

I'm no mathematician, but 1-11 to 3-9 equals one of the most improved teams in the nation? That's still only batting .250.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't a 3 win season mean you ARE to pushover in the PAC 10!

The analysis didn't include a lot of specifics about players that will improve WSU's chances of winning. Just that they bring back a lot of the same players in the same system. Not sure how much to put into this analysis.

What did they say about the Gunslinger and the red field?

As one who built his vacation last year around this game, let me just say this. That was THE WORST game I have ever seen a team win in my life. If we had a QB with even a glimmer of brain activity it would have been a 5 TD win. If they beat us at Ford next year then we have serious problems and shouldn't even utter the words "conference champs". I was amazed that team is allowed to participate in a BCS conference. Also, their stadium is a pit of epic proportion.

Back off Warchild seriously.
