They have to get approval first from Joseph Smith.

With Benson pulling the offer of BYU playing in the WAC sports other than football, BYU may be reconsidering.

maybe not, if espn report can be relied upon:
"Benson says the WAC door is still open for BYU if the Cougars want to rework the arrangement."
