CUSA can end this

The Big East has an $80 million TV deal for 8 teams. CUSA has a $67 million TV deal for 12 teams. Obviously ESPN feels that Syracuse, Rutgers, Pitt, etc. are more valuable TV commodities than SMU, and the 1% of the DFW market it brings to the table.

Because BE is BCS and CUSA isn't.

Reverse which conference is BCS and the money situation would be different.
