Watch Party Head Count

Postby Dutch » Sun Aug 22, 2010 9:51 pm

ok, i know Lubbock isn't 'that far' from here, but a lot of us can't make it. who's in for the unofficial-official watch party at LAKEWOOD'S 1ST & 10?

it's going to make for a great Sunday Funday.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

I'll be there...keep those cheese frys coming! :)
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

As much as I would want a Pointe Burger, I'm in Atlanta. With that said if you happen to be in the ATL, we will be watching the game at the Taco Max behind Perimeter Mall.

Is Sante Fe further than Dallas from Lubollocks?

No, it's actually closer. 349mi from Dallas, 326mi from Santa Fe, NM.

not sure about watching the game, but be sure to check out at least a couple of these:

Bobcat Bite or Bert's Burger Bowl...green chile cheeseburgers
La Choza or The Shed...new mexican food (Tomasita's is okay, but long line)

I'd check if there are tv's at:
Maria's New Mexican Kitchen...they have over 100 kinds of margaritas, and all kinds of tequila.

If nothing else, see what Dandy Don's up to

I am embarrassed to say that I live in the area and have never made it to 1&10. I have already extracted a promise from my wife, however, that we are taking the whole crew over there for the Tech game. I am very excited. I've heard nothing but good things.
