it's about the horses, and everyone knows it. poop, riders, cowboy outfits, running on the field, blah blah blah. i'm just sick of it. it's done. what was it that clayton williams said about just laying back and accepting it like the weather?

Clayton Williams was one of the all-time cretins on this planet and his comment was one of the most insensitive things ever said by a public figure, so I don't know that I would have used that as a comparison.

But beyond that, you're right. Whining on a message board isn't going to change this situation, whether we like the mustangs or don't like them. The whole reason any of us cares about this is because of how it does or doesn't (barely) relate to the football team.
