BLM today (if you're wondering)sorry if this is unwanted news. just stumbled across it.
same story: pick 6. at least it was early in the game. keep hoping that he'll 'get it'. "Zach Minter scored on a 53-yard interception return and place-kick holder Rick Haluszka ran in on a fake field goal to help Montana State to a 30-7 win over Eastern Washington on Saturday. The Bobcats (1-0 Big Sky, 3-1) snapped a seven-game losing streak against the Eagles (1-1, 2-2), who were coming off a 36-27 victory last week over Montana. Minter’s interception of EWU’s quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell gave MSU a 13-0 lead with about six minutes remaining in the first quarter." http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2010/sep/25/montana-state-thunders-ewu/
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)Good luck in the rest of the season to Mitchell and his teammates.
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)Wonder how long it will be until he's yanked. Too bad for him, I expected better from him down at a lower level.

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
Is anyone else still "Bo-lieving" ?
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
I doubt it, from the looks of EWU boards a lot of their fans are giving up on him already. Seems like he's making the same mistakes he made here. They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)Just not cut out to be a player in college football. Most high school players aren't..............

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)They upset Montana last week
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
Yeah but that was thanks to that running back of theirs who had 287 rushing and receiving yards combined. Bo Levi hit under 50 percent of his passes and turned the ball over 3 times including a pick-6. They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)BTW, that Kenny Turner guy isn't lighting it up at NM State.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
Blvd.Fan said that we wouldn't win a bowl game without BLM. I wonder if he stands by that.
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
I thought that was fashionalbechaos or whatever it is "I think Couchem is right."

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
Line had more yardage on the ground in the Tech game (72 on 12 carries, worst output thus far) than Turner has in 3 games with NMSU (21 carries 70 yards). They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)Couch 'em -
http://ponyfans.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.ph ... 07&start=0 about halfway down the page Matter of fact, look at Blvd.Fan's posting history. http://ponyfans.com/phpBB3/search.php?a ... 6&sr=posts Maybe he's BLM's dad or something.
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)Let's not miss the point here: It's not about BLM turning out to be something less than a FBS (Div. I) quarterback. It's about JJ thinking he was.
I never saw whatever JJ saw in BLM, and I don't recall JJ saying on the record just what that was. But there's no doubt JJ thought BLM had something special. Maybe BLM had "it" at one time, but "it" got buried by having to start as a true freshman. Kinda like rushing a pitcher to the majors. And not to criticize JJ, either. Just curious as to what catches his eye in a QB, particularly as it pertains to his offense. There's a long, long list of recruits who never live up to the hype. Just glad JJ hit on Padron and a bunch of others.
Re: BLM today (if you're wondering)
yeah, I've wondered about that, too. I know, that JJ recruited BLM to Hawaii, where pickings are slimmer than if he were say, here. with the lateness in the recruiting season upon his arrival here, he may have been somewhat better off with what he had in BLM, than whoever else remained out there. I think, BLM played relatively well, for the circumstances. His nemesis is (and, seems to still be) his wide-ranging inconsistency. I do seem to recall JJ touting his accuracy as the primary trait that attracted him. to me, I think both JJ and Morrison realized KP's potential early on, and tried to get him ready to go as soon as was possible, especially in light of the continued erratic play of BLM into his second season. with his inexperience, KP wasn't ready at the beginning of the season. I think, even without BLM's injury, the writing was on the wall, as packages had been developed for both KP and Braden. anyway, that's how it's always bounced around in my head. I guess, we might know in about 20 years or so.
