Interview with Ryan Smith

Postby Webmaster » Tue Sep 28, 2010 5:23 pm

Today after practice, PonyFans.com met with sophomore safety Ryan Smith to discuss the improved performance of the DBs against TCU and the upcoming game against Rice.

Enjoy!
"It’s hard to overstate how impressive SMU has been on the recruiting trail since the ACC announced the Mustangs would be joining the league”

I have thoroughly enjoyed these interviews with the players. I am always impressed with their thoughtfulness in their answers and their manners, as in "Yes sir" and "No sir". They all have represented themselves and SMU in a very positive manner. Makes me proud to be a Mustang Fan!
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Couldn't agree more. Coach Jones not only is recruiting impressive athletes, he also is recruiting players who seem to have extraordinary character, too — guys like Ryan.
