Fair-Beer report

A local food critic here in Little Rock(most all of us are food critics but this one gets paid) is making a trip to the Texas State Fair to try out the latest item.....Deep Fried Beer. Said that it is beads of frozen beer in a ravioli type wrapping then deep fried. Must have a wrist band to purchase.

Someone please report to me as to how this tastes because I cannot imagine.

She also is going to try the Deep Fried Marquiritas

the deep fried beer ravioli type thing is said to be like a pretzel, and the beer becomes a dipping sauce
