it seems most of the statistical rankings have us in the same +/- 50 range. but, I'm guessing that will change in the coming weeks, since it seems that KP is back to moving the offense again.

sheer momentum. but, it wouldn't be realistic to not expect some bumps in the road in transition -- such is life.
btw, with Mouse Davis back, Hawaii is ranked #1 passing offense in the country x 2 weeks. and, last week almost had two 200 yd receivers in the same game.

oh yeah, maybe it hurt Hawaii to not hire an experienced head coach, instead of a great assistant coach.

Hiring a pass-first coach who recruits well is a must, if the program keeps improving then this will be an attractive job by the time Jones leaves in 2014. I'd like to see the R&S stay in place but Jones is also the OC and one of the 2 practicing authorities of the R&S (the other is pushing 80) so finding someone to keep that R&S continuity going will be pretty difficult.
