This is a HUGE game for both teams, both will be there to win. Will our D step up in a big way and prove they can play against a key opponet? I am anticipating a close one. And we are due for a win like this. HERE WE GO
I hate when people say that their team in "due" for a win. No disrespect, but for me being due means unable to get over the hump/get the big win. You could say SMU was due to make a bowl every year for the past 25 years.
I have no doubt that the TU D has improved, and I'd hope they would after playing C. Arkansas and Memphis, but I would like to think that our O is considerably better than those 2 teams. We aren't Okie State, but I'd say we are closer to them [in terms of fire power and ability to move the ball] than to CARK and UM. It'll be a shoot-out, but we are going to pressure Kinne into making a errant throw or 3, which hopefully turns into a Mustang points and a win.
Good luck.
