When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Re: 185,000+ See College FB in MetroplexNot bad considering all the college choices available this weekend for the college fan. Lets just assume that SMU beats Navy and Houston beats Rice next Saturday, how big is the SMU-UH game then? And will it draw a crowd?
Re: 185,000+ See College FB in Metroplex27,000 for UH game.
UH fans are deflated after yesterday's loss and losing top two QBs. Hopefully the Coogs regroup next week and come into Ford strongly. I suspect SMU will be favored in that game. Great win over Tulsa!
Re: 185,000+ See College FB in MetroplexIf there is an NFL strike, and we keep moving up along with TCU and others showing improvement, then look for that number to jump.
Take away all the attention the media in DFW showers on the Cowboys and free up 100,000+ football fans every weekend, even just 1 or 2 percent of that, and it will benefit us greatly.

Were they watching College FB there?
Re: 185,000+ See College FB in Metroplex
It will be a very strong turnout. It's homecoming + an old SWC foe that at least has some name recognition in the area and our fan base. ![]()
Re: 185,000+ See College FB in MetroplexNot sure about very strong...I'll give it 24k.
