Re: by the numbersI said Dobbs would throw b/w 13-18 passes, looks like I won a prize from '94. I think both teams will score more than 14 each.

Re: by the numbers
Yeah it's pretty spiffy..I'm going to have to remember those numbers so I can impress people at the SMU watching party with my expansive statistical knowledge of the game. "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: by the numbersdid this computer simulated result factor in blocked kicks playing a crucial part in 5 out of the last 12 wins in two years. That might break the tie. Football is a funny game.

Re: by the numbersGood point and it's not just blocked kicks but the specter of a blocked kick. Changes the way teams make on field decisions against us.
Re: by the numbershas anyone tried a fake fg against us this year? seems like the logical thing to do. i wouldn't try a fg against us. i would go for it on 4th or a fake anytime in fg range. getting a fg returned for a td is a killer.
Re: by the numbersWith our fg blocking success I am certain that the kids are told to be very alert for a fake. Only one I readily recall is UTEP last year and they were stopped cold.
