The Richardson DT is a pretty hot commodity, I gather. Rivals says he's piling up offers, and it looks like his quickness has improved a little - I saw him listed under 5.0 in the 40. For a 300-plus kid, that's really moving.

Alex Paulu I think was the name of a DT that was pretty good at SMU during the early or mid 90's.

Alex Pahulu was a damn good player, and I'd be happy to have another like him. But isn't this guy viewed as a better prospect? I'd rank him pretty high on the wish list.

SMU is not wishing anymore. We are recruiting.
This guy is one that we can get. SMU= best education and best facilities.

I last saw him in the fall, and he was probably 285 then -- not too huge for a DT these days, but what really stood out was his quickness. For a guy his size (and I hear he's grown since last fall), he can cover a lot of ground in a hurry.
