As stated many times publically...the goal this year is to win all the home conference games and "steal" a few conference games on the road and be conference champs. If you don't have a goal of trying to win every game and believing it then why should your players, coaches and fans? Can you imagine what an outcry there would be if the TCU head coach said that! Not too many 5-star, 4-star,3-star or 2-star players on that Navy roster or for that matter any highly-compensated coaches. Do you think Navy fans complain to the AD wanting to loosen the acceptance guidelines and maybe "loosen up" on the honor code? Nope. Football players can come in all shapes, sizes , colors and speeds and put a good whuppin on those fitting a different profile. Good lesson for our coaches and players and fans about teamwork and team chemistry. Good luck the rest of the season to two good programs. Wait till next year!

Smuuth, please don't interrupt the children who are chatting about vodka with any posts about the Navy game or football.

Outcoached? We aren't good enough to go on the road and lose the turnover battle. That has proven out twice this season. That is all the game came down to. We gave them two scores.
