Which is the main reason for the classic sophomore slump -- knowing enough to know the right thing but forcing it. Kyle is fine and you can see him getting more and more comfortable with each game.

Remember the run n' shoot is a high risk, high reward offense. But he's getting a fuller plate this year and it looks like a sophomore slump of sorts at times and then whammo, he makes some great plays. All three of the TD passes were touch passes right where they needed to be. That last INT was a mistake young QB's might make, but also give Navy credit, they had been allowing dink and dunk all day and then changed coverage to double cover the wide out with a corner and a linebacker. Their coaches called an excellent game in the second half. That flexbone offense is very intricate and Navy runs it very well. Our D looks gassed by the end of the game.
