What did you think about the Cougar crowd? It was down quite a bit from '08 but pretty loud.

I liked the blue out but the rain delay was a killer for the home crowd.

spirited, loud and empassioned. The 2nd half which I listened to on the radio sounded like it was at Robertson.

Must have been tickets sold......no way there was ever more than 10,000 actually in the stadium before the rain delay.

I love how you tone it down when on the SMU board, but on the coog site, your true colors come out. Go back to the coog board and keep on celebrating with your team.

I thought I was pretty balanced on CoogFans. I congratulated SMU for third down thunder on a few instances. I'm old enough to realize that I can't go crazy on an "opponent's" site. Looking forward to Marshall on 11/20.

I came in at halftime since I had to go to my wife's alma mater's homecoming in Sherman. As an SMU fan, I could comment that I was disappointed in the student turnout, much lower than UAB. The home side was spotty and no one was in the luxury boxes. I agree with Pony Fans that the tipped ball and first down catch wasn't conclusive enough to overturn. However, it was funny to see that many slow motion replays after the call on the field, but no replays before the call to overturn it.

The weather, of course, killed all the attendence.
You could see this coming on Thursday with the weather forecast.
There could not have been more than 4,000 in the stadium after the game restarted.
