BCS Fifth Bowl is a Double Hosting Model
It looks like the Double Hosting Model for the Rose, Fiesta, Sugar and Orange Bowls will be announced Thursday. Note that a Non-BCS "could" get in, if they are ranked in the top twelve. Don't want to be paranoid, but it should read "will" get in.
