Look for it to be out in two weeks is what I was told by an employee at Roy's on Forest today. He said that the distribution company has not received a firm date yet and the website makesno mention either. The Sporting News magazine will probably be out in two weeks as well.
Athlon's is not predicting great things for the Ponies this year as we are ranked 110 out of 117 schools. At least we are ahead of Utah St, E. Michigan, UL-Monroe, Ohio, Buffalo, Army, and Idaho. They are predicting us to finish 10th in the WAC and the "swing" games that look like a chance for a W are the games against San Jose and La Tech with 9 for sure losses.

Yeah, Athlon's...the same periodical that predicted A$M would be SECOND in the Big 12. If memory serves me, the Aggie$ TIED with Baylor at 3-9. Whatever.

I would think - for this year, at least - that UTEP and maybe Rice would be better chances for wins than San Jose and LaTech, even without Luke McCown.

Can Dave Campbell's mag be ordered on-line? You can't get good Texas football coverage on the east coast.
