If you would read my original posting, I said he has great hands and leadership. Which means I realize he can consistently catch and is dependable. The leadership part means I recognize his ability to lead on and off the field. He's respected, I know this. Saying someone is slow does not discredit them or mean I am not a fan or a real MUSTANG. I am, ask anyone in the student section at games or the players that I congratulate afterwards! That was my opinion. If I did not like him as a player I would have just said Hampton is slow and skipped all his positives. That was not the case. Furthermore, I stated in my second posting that I didn't even know he was a tight end. Because he catches so many passes, I always thought he was a receiver. This is no reason to get red in the face!!!

I agree with Brooks! He is fast enought for me, makes great blocks and always plays hard.
