Double damn. I logged in hoping to see how many more pages had been added and get caught up. There was actually some good discourse in between all the incendiary claptrap and plunging necklines. Why didn't they just move it to this section instead of deep-sixing it because it wasn't really related to football?

Oh, but then again maybe it should have stayed in the football section - the protesters were in the stadium, mostly.

Secret Coach was the best because it lasted the longest before it was deep sixxed. Library protestors got blue really fast (not to mention disagreeable). To have a thread last, the nudity has to be opaque and tasteful.

Well, that was certainly the case with this most recent BH'd thread - I came back to the office today and found that I still had the original Protester thread active in my browser. It was on page 7 of 14 (with posts from 3:37 PM to 4:12 PM), and it contained some fine examples of "opaque and tasteful" posts intermixed with rhetoric and political statements - pretty much a cross-section of the whole thread, really, up to that point. I immediately snagged a web archive of that page. Clearly I missed out on some additional excitement.
