If SMU wins the conference title its the Liberty Bowl and if we lose its against Army at SMU.

Really really hope we can pull out the CUSA Title and play in the Liberty Bowl. I think we can beat Georgia.

As has been stated previously, SMU asks us to please not post information that is disucssed at the luncheons. While it may seem that some of the information is harmless to throw out on the boards, it is a slippery slope and might result in our coaching staff taking a more conservative approach on what they are willing to say in the future. I know not everyone can attend the luncheons, but since the administration has asked us to keep Coach Jones comments within the room, I think it is the least we can do for those who attend.

AJ Green/Sterling Moore match up would be awesome.

I think we can beat UGA straight up as well. Added to this belief, is the fact that UGA is 6-6, and will be playing a C-USA team. Not a slap at C-USA, but after playing high quality SEC opponents, it's gotta be hard for a SEC team to get up for this bowl game, which bodes well for the C-USA conference winner.

Good suggestion Hilltop. BTW, how many people showed up to the luncheon today?

I'm always bad at estimating crowds, but let's say around 115-125. The room was very fired up and motivated for the Championship game.

There were 237 (paid) people at the luncheon today. (I asked on the way out). Had to bring in additional tables from another ballroom - ran out of some food items - but the kitchen recovered nicely.

wow, to play against UGA would be amazing...have to imagine JJ wants that rematch! I will buy my tix to Memphis immediately if we can pull out the C-USA ship win.

playing army at home would be nice, but hard to get pumped about it as much.

First things first... BEAT UCF!!!!!!!

You did not need to go to the luncheon to figure out the bowl situation.

Wish I could have gone today. I haven't heard anyone ask me to be quiet once about what is said at the lunch, but it makes sense. Now, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the AFB is best if we lose on Sat. Tulsa goes to Hawaii.
