Are you just trying to make obscure references? A-11 is 1. not within the rules in college football, and 2. is nothing like rugby or this play. It's just a really weird variation of shotgun to exploit a rule loophole and hide what players are eligible receivers. If anything it's like Tiger Ellison's original short lived pass-happy formation, Lonesome Polecat, before he started developing the proto-run 'n shoot
