LA Times story about SMU recuit Conner Preston

Postby South Bay Mustang » Sat Dec 18, 2010 12:44 pm

His team has gone 29-0 since he started at QB and is playing in the State Division II championship game tonight.

"He's better than some college juniors at big schools," said Tom Martinez, a quarterbacks coach who has worked with Tom Brady since the New England Patriots star was 13 and Preston since the summer before his freshman year of high school.

Wow Conner sounds like a great kid. I'd love to see him on the Hilltop. Interesting to see if he ends up following in his fathers footsteps
