He said in the post-game press conference that he plans to be back. I followed up with him after the press conference, and he said there was some concern about his academic future leading up to the game, but that was resolved, at least to a level manageable level.

Was there ever a final answer on Darius' situation? I know there was a little back and forth on his standing and just wanted to see if anything was final yet. I would hate to lose DJ. He seems like a good guy with a good family and has certainly produced for SMU on the field. On top of that, he is a Fort Bend kid and we need more of those at SMU!
