Really don't understand the BSC. What in the world were they thinking putting UConn against OU and VT against Stanford. OU should have played Stanford while UConn and VT, the reps from the two worse conferences in the BSC, should have battled it out for stud of the crud.

Stanford has a damn good football team. I wish they could stay this good mainly because of how good an institution it is. But I don't think that has much a chance of happening. That second half tonight against VA Tech was just total domination. Good lord.

The New Math:

Stanford minus BCS = TCU

TCU minus Recruiting = SMU

SMU minus Death Penalty = TCU

TCU plus Big East = BCS

The irony is that TCU will be making an extra 8M by playing in a conference worse then the MWC - just because it has access to east coast TV sets. That is the best example i can think of as to why the BCS is fundamentally unfair.
