Wonder if our own SMU athletics department might want to enlist Brad's assistance once again - this time in getting their butts out of the sling of incompetence they've been swinging in lately...

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Mustang Mania rallied the masses. I'm sure he has one more good one that would put the 'stangs back on the map.... hire his ars.

Was he the one with those radio reports "With All the Business in Sports.'' ACME Brick sponsored them.

That was a fun read, albeit self-promotional. Brad can't stand not being in the spotlight, but he's a good guy. He was gracious enough to say that it was more than just himself who came up with Mustang Mania. Many people in his field would have claimed sole credit.

Yes, that is Brad on those radio spots, lisp and all.

Definitely, someone with Brad's energy and creativity is sorely needed in the marketing and promotions arm of the athletic department. Never thought Richard Sweet was a good hire because his only experience was marketing Southwest Airlines, which pretty much markets itself because of its cheap fares.

Of course, to duplicate Mustang Mania or anything close to it, you're going to have spend a lot of money, and that's not something the current athletic administration is interested in doing. Marketing and promoting the athletic programs is not a priority right now.

Bringing him back in would require a marketing budget, which seems to go against the current administration's beliefs.
Good luck in your new venture, Mr. Thomas.

We need a grant from the Meadows Foundation. Very worthy cause.
