come on ponyboy. don't you realize how meaningful it is that we have our very OWN colors?? The colors are clearly HARVARD red and YALE blue. it is a tradition that we have these very unique colors of our own!

Based off my other comment - you hit up every single alumni with an email survey regarding athletics - get feedback as to why or why they have not attended games.

Follow it up with another campaign in the summer for fball tickets. I wonder what % of alums are signed up for alumni emails - probably pretty small number.
