CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has hired Lance McIlhenny to lead its brokerage services in Dallas.

McIlhenny will guide local tenant representation efforts for the firm. His title will be senior managing director of brokerage services for Dallas.

I think he was officing with them anyway. I like the lengthy title, however.

I love Lance, but jealousy is not something that pops up in my mind if we are referring to RE matters. And i think i have a very similar looking title, although i dont understand adding senior in front of a managing director title. if youre the managing director, then you should be senior to everyone but the prez. RE companies are notoriously bad about titles. but in a fee based business, i do know one things that they all share: worthless. This is not to belittle lance in any way. I will ask him the next time I see him, probably over drinks.

No to donkey. Too crowded and trendy. I like empty places or near empty. I keep printing money for jon and tony by frequenting state and allen so i dont feel bad.

the senior just means he's older than you Ed.
