8 straight and 12 out of 13 for South and West Coast(Southern) where the best recruits are. Oregon put up a good fight with a Texas QB and Texas RB

really Nebraska(3) and Ohio St(1) are the only exceptions going back to the very early 1990s and in the 1990s Nebraska was mining Texas partial qualifiers because SWC couldn't
