PROBLEM: Armed Forces Bowl T-Shirts

Has anyone received anything from this company ? I received a couple very polite,understanding e-mails from John Knudson. He referred the matter to Amy. I have not gotten a response from her or any material as of today January 5. Interested to know if anyone has received any shirts. Thanks !

I emailed Knudson as I thought Amy's part of the business was the problem. If I were you, I'd keep emailing him.

I sent an email today asking them to credit my card and cancel my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephew. I bought him a shirt at the game. This whole thing is ridiculous. What kind of company cannot make and ship bowl shirts by the day of the bowl game?

Still haven't rec'd mine. Got an e-mail it was 'mailed' (in Dec.) but no t-shirt arrived. Have to jump into it tomorrow & see what I find.

I received an e-mail that they were waiting for what was left from the game to be shipped back. They would ship from that lot and do reprints as needed .Material was supposed to be shipped out the beginning of this week [jan10]. As of today I still haven't received anything.

Still got nothing. Calling the bank and trying to get a refund. Sucks cause i really wanted the shirt.

I really wanted mine, too. A co-worker had a cotton bowl t-shirt on yesterday and I felt a little jealous that I didn't have my AFB shirt. I wonder if the Army fans, who ordered shirts from Knudson, got theirs?

Between the SMU Bookstore and AFB merchandise website the whole thing was a clusterfkuc for fans who wanted to wear or gift bowl game gear IN THE YEAR THE BOWL GAME WAS BEING PLAYED. Pathetic. Disappointing. Not being able to depend on your own athletic department to provide a reliable source/outlet for well-stocked, design-accurate, dependable delivery BOWL GEAR is disgusting. However, it will never happen again. I will be contracting with a reliable graphic designer and screen printer for future bowl games or big games. We don't have to $uck hind ttitt. Tired of the bulsh.

This is like a cautionary tale for Ponyfans. I failed to read this thread and just ordered two shirts from these people......
They said they have 2 left in my size.... but apparently there is a good chance that others did not get theirs.
