His performance deserves its own thread. What a performance out of nowhere. Favorite play was the put back. He has some hops.

he played a very nice game, but he baffles me as a player

it is baffling. we have no depth and he just now emerges with this on January 13th? i tell you what Doh was making a real mistake not having JFrog in the game at the beginning of both halves. We got outscored badly when the Frog was on the bench, no one else can handle the rock, it was a comedy of errors when he wasnt in there.

yea, not so much. He's been abysmal in spot duty this year. He hadn't done a thing, prior to this evening, to suggest he'd have a game like this. Had a rep as a shooter and barely drew rim through the first two months of the season

Frog played very well tonight, should have played more. Had a nice stat line vs far more heralded frosh PGs

speaking of stats, do you know if SMU publishes stats like point differential when individual players are on the floor? Or is that an NBA stat? I would bet we outscored them by 20 with Frog on the floor and got outscored by 14 for the minutes he wasn't. by the way, i like his fight, but fully expect Pats or Cotton to take over the starting job. Frog could be a spark off the bench though.

One does have to tip the hat to JFrog...an undersized, unheralded, unrecruited true freshman...who just went toe to toe w/ Memphis D and came out on the plus side

Frog isn't particularly talented, but he plays w/a chip on his shoulder and has some swagger. I swear, when we play at UCF, all of Polk County is going to be there.

Well done, Collin - looking forward to seeing him on the floor more often.
Don't worry. Be Happy. Or not.
