Does anyone know for sure?
good question.
Whatever happened to the kid who sued Hawaii because they didnt honor the offer June's staff made once he left?

My guess is you can withdraw at any time just as the kid can decommit at anytime even if he wrote it down. If you want to stay out of trouble, just withdraw it in writing.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
But here's one addendum as it pertains to QB Conner Preston.
He will be enrolling at SMU (Jan. 18) before the signing day (Feb. 2). If memory serves, he can't sign his LOI until Feb. 2. But he still must sign it on that day. However, he can sign -- or probably already did -- something like a athletic aid form or something like that.

didn't we recently deal with this with a kid who committed to Bennett that JJ didn't honor the offer? tyler i think. if i remember the tyler coach said he'd never let us talk to another tyler kid again. (i think we have since gotten a commit from them)
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Yep-Yenga is not even in the Commitment Hall of Fame-which most prominently includes Ronald Morris and Hart Lee Dykes who each committed to 4 different schools. The RB Gone-a-way at Baylor has committed to 4 schools but it took him 2 separate recruiting years. Yenga has just committed to SMU 3 different times. But I won't count my chickens until one of you guys confirms that Yenga has changed his Facebook status to "In a Committed Relationship"
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Who cares, let him visit. If you aren't going to take advantage of free trips to go see the country and new schools, and be wined and dined, you're a moron. June shares that sentiment as he openly tells his recruits to go take your visits and make sure you want to be here.
