Dia is doing a much better job of going up strong this year; love that offensive board and put back going one on four!

both Nyakundi and Dia going back up strong when they pull down offensive boards. That's a noticeable difference from last year.

Nice moving screen by Harp setting up JSam for that trey

Samaripas is playing with more and more confidence..after an ill fated jumper to end the half...he raced down and knocked the ball away from a UH player going in for a layup to actually end the half...SMU up. Doh was very patient with Walker as he missed his first 4 shots and Walker finally hit the three late in the half..

No points from the bench at all in the first half....that will never work.

there is really no excuse for him to be that awful on the line. His form isnt even atrocious. That loss sorta sucked. We sure are playing better team ball, though. Pretty damn good clock management late as well
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

ran that play well at the finish; Walker had a chance but this just wasn't his day. We just don't have a "go to" perimeter guy and that really hurts in a situation like we saw today

oh well, I still say these guys will find a way to win 3-4 CUSA games. At least we were competitive and gave the 2k in attendance an entertaining game
