there's one on Riverside (formerly industrial) near oak lawn. Cowboy's i think it's called. they skirt the open container law by putting the styrafoam cup w/ straw in a plastic bag that they tie at the top.

similar to what Daq Express in Lgv does...they put it in a paper bag, with a straw, and a piece of scotch tape on top...somehow they always miss the place where the straw goes
