The cache needs to be emptied and cookies cleared.

I'm using Safari on the Mac (Forgive me all my Microsoft Partners )

To empty the cache on Safari for Windows:

Press Control-Alt-E, and then click Empty.

EDIT:

Doesn't work well on the Windows side unless you clear the Cookies as well:

To remove cookies:
Choose Action menu (The Action menu is near the upper-right corner of the Safari window, and looks like a gear.) >

Go to Preferences and click Security.

Click Show Cookies.

Click Remove All.

When you finish removing cookies, click Done.

To reload the current page:

Press Control-R, or click the Reload icon (curved arrow) in the Safari address field.

Refresh Voting Page and Re-vote

For Firefox you need to download and install the Clear History add on:

Restart Firefox

Then click on the Tools item in Firefox menu.

Should find the Clear Recent History item there.

Make sure the cache and cookies items are checked.

Then clear cache.

Refresh and Re-vote

Internet Explorer is harder:

Go to Tools item on menu and click on Internet Options.

Go to the General Tab when the Internet Options window displays.

Second item down is Browsing History.

Click the Delete Button there which will clear the cache.
