Single-game shooting percentage record for the team.

Congratulations to the team. Nice game. I listened off an on. Papa great game. Would have been interesting to see Dia and the new guards....

Last I saw was 18 assists for 27 FGs -- guess that's a product of the system?

I'm a little foggy on the review of the intentional foul on Dia. I guess you can review an elbow if there is a question. Just sounded like the officials took forever. But in the end it sounded like they got the call right.

Anyway, sounded like an enjoyable afternoon.

lol, we have the best system in the league. Our pace just messes w/everyone. So proud of those guys for just blowing out USM. This team is a pleasure to watch despite being out-manned every single night. Dare I say coaching them up?

Someone put Mangino in the HOF
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

how about that PG today? Samarrippas dishes out 9 assists against only 1 turnover. Those are the kind of numbers that make an offense flow. Great looks and the guys were knocking them down. That's a win not many expected. Good job players and coaches!

The offense has executed REALLY well in the last 3 games. The difference is against UH we shot terrible from 3, last game terrible from everywhere, and today on fire in a historic way. But, the common thread from all 3 games is that the O has executed. Really blown away by it.

Also, I think it is worth mentioning that our utter lack of depth has required a much tighter rotation than we are used to seeing. You essentially now have a 7 man rotation with Harp/Luttman getting minutes if something is amiss. Once you get Losh active vs Tulsa you have a nice, tight 8-man rotation.

Great win, Ponies!

Great win and was fun to watch.

Solid on both sides of the court. Key games on the road coming up. Need to at least split against Rice and Tulsa and this could turn out to be a fun season after all.

Many polls had Memphis and Southern Miss as the top two teams in C-USA in the preseason, and SMU has now spanked them both!

Go Ponies!
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

SMU looked in control the whole game and looked confident in playing both on O and on D. Jfrog is looking more and more sure of himself and handles the rock well. He had some steals, rebounds and some very nice entry passes to go along with a complete game.
They should beat Rice on Saturday and the Tulsa game with Pats coming to spell the players should make a good 8 man rotation.
Not a bad team to watch play and every time I look at the 5 guys on the bench who would add another special element to the team. They all look like they are having fun.

Are calls for Doh's job waning or just a wait and see the rest of the season?

He was pretty much getting next season no matter what, I'm told. Any calls for Doh's job weren't based on anything but message board banter anyway.
